Cristian and Irina live directly upstairs with their own two daughters, and they've hosted families through some genuinely hard weeks — a spouse recovering from surgery, a parent flown in for a medical evacuation, staff working back-to-back rotations. They understand that this stay isn't a vacation, and they treat it that way: quietly, practically, without making a thing of it.
